If you love sewing, upcycling, and tiny projects that pack a punch, then Episode 1 of Scrap Glow-Up is going to be right up your alley! In this video, we’re walked through a beginner-friendly  — TWO ZIPPED KEY FOB POUCHES made from fabric scraps. These little accessories are both practical and perfect as gifts or craft fair items.
Finished pouch measurements : 4 1/2" x 3" (11.5 x 7.5cm)
Features:
• Two zipper compartments
• Key fob ring
• Tiny yet functional

🎯 What’s This Project About?
This series focuses on turning leftover fabric scraps into something useful, and in this first episode I share with you how to make the Two-Zipped Key Fop Pouch. Think of it as a mix between a keychain and a mini pouch — big enough for coins, lip balm, SD cards, or emergency cash.

✂️ Supplies You’ll Need
To make your own zipped key fob pouches, the essentials include:
  • Fabric scraps — cotton or canvas works great
  • Zippers — You will need two size #5 or #4.5; the all purpose zipper would also work in a pinch
  • Key fob ring (I use 1" diameter)
  • Sewing machine and basic tool

💡 Pro Tips from the Video
Even if you’ve never sewn before, this project is great for beginners:
  • Use contrasting fabrics for visual appeal.
  • Double-stitch around stress points.
  • Keep an eye on zipper alignment — it makes all the difference!
Loved this project? Stay tuned for more Scrap Glow-Up episodes, where we turn fabric scraps into exciting stuffs — and don’t forget to subscribe to the channel for future tutorials!

Hope you enjoy this project. Happy Sewing!
