WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THE ZIP AROUND WALLET PURSE FABRIC Cotton quilting fabric is what I use here, about 1/2 yard for the interior, and 1/4 yard for the exterior fabric INTERFACING/STABILIZER Decovil light is applied to the wallet interior, in order to give the wallet a structure. Alternative choice : Pellon 809 (decor bond), Pellon 808 (craft fuse). Fusible woven interfacing is used to add stability to the wallet exterior panels. You may leave this out if you use heavier weight fabric (e.g. canvas or denim). Lightweight interfacing (I use pellon PLF36), we apply this on the card pocket panels, to give a little stability without too much bulkiness. ZIPPER & HARDWARE 20" (teeth length) metal zipper for the zipper closure. All purpose nylon coil zipper at least 8" long for the zipper pocket. 1/2" d-ring - you will need 2x pcs. 1/2" swivel hooks - you will need 3x pcs (2 for the adjustable strap, and 1 for the wristlet strap). 1/2" adjustable strap slider Other RFID blocking fabric (optional) 1/8" basting tape to baste the zipper pocket; 1/4" basting will work as well.
What fabric line did you use in this project?
For the exterior fabric I use Exquisite collection by Gerri Robinson for Riley Blake, for the wallet interior I use fabric from Art Gallery Fabric.
